Ashiana Housing Ltd gets booking for sales value of approx. Rs. 52.36 crores

Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced conversion of expression of interests into booking for phase 1 of the project "Ashiana Advik", out of 65 units (with saleable value of Rs. 52.36 crores) converted into booking there are:

- 18 villas with saleable area of 44,910 sq. ft. and sale value of Rs. 25.69 crores; and

- 47 flats with saleable area of 62,274 sq. ft. and sale value of Rs. 26.67 crores

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 149.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 146.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9599 in over 356 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 150.00 and intraday low of 147.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1431183.00.
