Union Bank of India raises Rs. 2200 crore

Union Bank of India has allotted Unsecured, Subordinated, Non-Convertible, Taxable, Fully Paid-Up Basel III Compliant Tier- 2 Bonds in the nature of Debentures eligible for inclusion in Tier 2 Capital ("Bonds") in two tranches of Rs.1500 crore (ISIN: INE692A08219, Series XXXVI-A) and Rs.700 crore (ISIN: INE692A08201, Series XXXVI-B) aggregating to Rs.2200 crore on November 29, 2022.

Shares of Union Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 82.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 79.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2466583 in over 7419 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 82.65 and intraday low of 78.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 199355537.00.
