Vedanta Ltd approves 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 17.50

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Ltd through resolution passed by circulation on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 have approved Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 17.50 per equity share i.e. 1750% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 amounting to Rs. 6,505 crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Wednesday, November 30, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 307.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 310.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 821361 in over 13787 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 314.20 and intraday low of 306.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 253986998.00.
