Greenply Industries Board declares interim dividend

Greenply Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2006, inter alia, has declared the interim dividend of Re 1.00 per share (20%) on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
