PNC Infratech Limited handed over 'EPE User Fee Collection Mandate' to TOT Concessionaire selected by NHAI

National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) awarded the mandate of "Collection of User Fee at 135 km long Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE) Fee Plazas (National Highway No. NE II) in the States of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh for One Year" ('Project') to PNC Infratech Limited (Company) w.e.f. 1.1.2022.

As advised by NHAI vide their communication dated 10.11.2022, the said Project including all Fee Plazas thereof handed over to 'NCR Eastern Peripheral Expressway Pvt Ltd', TOT Concessionaire selected by NHAI on 10 November 2022 at 24.00 hours.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 264.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 253.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14434 in over 843 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 264.95 and intraday low of 251.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3752872.00.
