Fermenta Biotech Limited executes sale deed for property sale

Fermenta Biotech Limited has executed and registered a sale deed on October 31, 2022 to sell premises situated at the 11th floor in Thane One Building, DIL Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Majiwade, Thane (West) 400 610 on the terms and conditions mentioned in the sale deed and as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

The sale of the 11th floor in Thane One Building admeasuring 6,023 square feet carpet area along with exclusive terrace with carpet area of 3,246 square feet for a total consideration of Rs. 9,69,42,200/- (Indian rupees Nine Crores Sixty Nine Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred only).

Shares of Fermenta Biotech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 195.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 198.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4268 in over 149 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 199.95 and intraday low of 195.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 838826.00.
