Saksoft acquires Terafast Networks

Saksoft Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ThreeSixty Logica Testing Services Pvt Ltd, has completed the acquisition of Chennai-based Terafast Networks (www.terafastnet.com) a Cloud engineering solutions company, today.

This acquisition strengthens Saksoft Groups Enterprise Cloud capabilities and its overall positioning as a digital transformation solution provider.

Terafast is an IT consulting service provider with nearly two decades of experience in Cloud engineering solutions. They provide a wide range of technology service offerings such as Cloud, Containerization, DevOps, Virtualisation Services to various industry verticals.
