ITC acquires 1000 CCPS of Mother Sparsh

ITC Ltd has acquired on 27th October, 2022, 1,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of 10/- each of Mother Sparsh.

With the aforesaid acquisition, the Company's shareholding in Mother Sparsh aggregates 22% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 345.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 346.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 999136 in over 8406 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 348.15 and intraday low of 343.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 344288799.00.
