Asian Paints Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 4.40

The Board of Directors of Asian Paints Ltd at their meeting held on Oct 20, 2022 have, approved payment of interim dividend of Rs. 4.40 (Rupees four and paise forty only) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 (Rupee One) each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for interim dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, 1st November, 2022, and dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after Thursday, 10th November, 2022.

Shares of Asian Paints Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3141.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3214.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97859 in over 13784 trades.
