In a function held a t New Delhi on 18.10.2022, Karnataka Bank is awarded with the prestigious National Digital Transformation Awards 'DX 2022 Awards' conferred by Confederation of Indian Industry [CII] for Best Practice in Digital Transformation under BFSI segment in recognition of the "Innovative Excellence" in tlu·ee categories viz. 'KBL HR NxT - Employee Engagement', 'KBL Operations NxT - Operational Excellence' and 'KBL Customer NxT - Customer Experience'.
