Samor Reality Ltd fixes Nov 11, 2022 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Samor Reality Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 19th October, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company considered and approved terms and conditions of the rights issue.

Right Issue Size - The Board has decided and fixed Rs. 1612.50 Lakhs as the Right Issue Size.

Number of Right Shares- 64,50,000 Equity Shares.

Right Issue Price - Rs. 25/- Per Equity Share (Including Re. 15/- Premium per share)

Right Entitlement Ratio - 3 (three) new shares for every 2 (two) Existing Equity Shares held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date as mentioned below.

Record Date - Fixed the Record Date on Friday, 11th November, 2022 for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders to apply for the Issue.

Terms of Payment - The Issue Price of Rs. 25/- per Rights Equity Share (including premium of Re. 15/- Per Rights Equity Share) shall be payable at the time of application.

The Board has also considered and approved the appointment of various intermediaries for the Proposed Right issue of the Company.
