PNC Infratech announces financial closure from NHAI for two SPVs

PNC Infratech Limited (the Company) has announced that two (2) Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Projects namely Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway packages I & II, the respective SPVs viz. Kanpur Lucknow Expressway Private Limited & Awadh Expressway private Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company have received communication from National Highways Authority of India dated 13.10.2022 confirming the achievement of Financial Closure for the said projects.

Kanpur Lucknow Expressway Private Limited - [Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway including spur from Km 10.980 to Km 28.500 in the state of Uttar Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity mode (Package-1)]

Awadh Expressway Private Limited - [Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway including spur from Km 28.500 to Km 73+744 in the state of Uttar Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity mode (Package-2)]

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 262.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 264.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10886 in over 637 trades.
