Regeny Fincorp Ltd fixes Oct 21, 2022 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Regency Fincorp Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, 10th October, 2022 has considered and fixed Friday, 21st October, 2022 as Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the allotment of bonus shares in the ratio 1:1 i.e. one new bonus equity share of Rs.10/- each for every one existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each held.
