AIA Engineering AGM approves 25% dividend

AIA Engineering Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 2.50 (i.e. 25%) per Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
