Varun Shipping Board to consider interim dividend

Varun Shipping Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, to consider the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006 and also consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the year ending on March 31, 2007.
