ACRYSIL Ltd to change name

The Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, August 05, 2022, considered the proposal to change the name of the Company to 'CARYSIL LIMITED' or 'CARYSIL TECHNIK LIMITED' or 'CARYSIL PRODUCTS LIMITED' or any other name as may approved by the Central Registration Centre (CRC)., subject to all other applicable approvals.

Shares of Acrysil Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 637.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 638.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13661 in over 940 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 650.20 and intraday low of 625.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8724705.00.
