JSW Energy Ltd's resolution plan for Ind-Barath Energy Utkal Ltd approved by NCLT

JSW Energy Ltd has announced that the Resolution Plan submitted by the Company for Ind-Barath Energy (Utkal) Limited ("Ind-Barath"), which was approved by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) on 14th October, 2019, has received the approval of National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad on 25th July, 2022. Ind-Barath owns a 700 MW under-construction thermal power plant in Odisha.

Shares of JSW Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 222.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 229.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 52967 in over 1563 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 232.05 and intraday low of 220.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11968696.00.
