LKP Securities Ltd allots 59,88,023 warrants

Pursuant to the approval granted by the Shareholders at their Annual General Meeting held on June 20, 2022, and pursuant to the "In-principle Approval" granted by the BSE on July 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of LKP Securities Ltd has allotted 59,88,023 (Fifty Nine Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand Twenty Three) convertible Warrants ("Warrants") at an issue price of ₹16.70/- (Rupees Sixteen and Seventy Paise only) per warrant aggregating upto ₹10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores only) to 3 allottees - LKP Finance Limited-Promoter Group (29,94,011), Bhavana Holdings Private Limited-Promoter Group (11,97,605) and Mahendra V. Doshi-Promoter (17,96,407).

The Company has received initial warrant subscription price amount of Rs. 2.5 crore equivalent to 25% of the warrant issue price as prescribed by the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations for allotment of the Warrants.

Shares of LKP Securities Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.57 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.52. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9138 in over 67 trades.
