SRF Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.60

The Board of Directors of SRF Ltd at its meeting held on 21st July, 2022 has declared interim dividend @ 36% i .e. Rs. 3.60 per share on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as on the Record Date i.e., Friday, the 29th July, 2022. The date of payment of interim dividend will be Thursday, 18th August, 2022.

Shares of SRF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2344.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2286.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10403 in over 1697 trades.
