DIC India Ltd receives final tranche of Rs. 16.50 crores from property sale

DIC India Ltd has received the balance of the final tranche aggregating to Rs. 16.50 Crores (Rupees Sixteen Crore Fifty Lakh Only) from Godrej Properties Limited on July 20, 2022. With this receipt, the amount of contingent consideration pending as on 31.12.21 amounting to Rs.33 Crore as per the Deed of Conveyance has now been received in full and the transactions related to the sale of Mumbai Land stand completed.
