Vinati Organics makes further investment in Veeral Organics Pvt Ltd

Vinati Organics Limited ("the Company") has subscribed to the additional 24,40,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at par amounting to Rs. 2,44,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Forty Four Lakhs only), by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, rank pari passu to its existing Equity shares.
