Future Corporate Resources Pvt Ltd, part of promoter group of Praxis Home Retail Ltd has announced the release of 70,75,471 pledged equity shares of the company on repayment of loan / facility availed from Green Gold Mercantile Pvt Ltd.

With the release of the above pledged shares, there is no pledging of promoters or promoter group's shares in the company.

The total promoters shareholding the company is 4,19,14,898 equity shares or 55.66% of total voting rights.
