PVP Ventures Ltd enters into agreement with Casagrand Builders for joint development

PVP Ventures Ltd has entered into a definitive agreement with Casagrand Builders Private Limited to develop residential community on portion of its land parcel situated at Perambur, Chennai on a joint development basis and have also executed a definitive sale agreement to sell a portion of its land parcel.

Shares of PVP Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5.18 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.94. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5755 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5.18 and intraday low of 5.01. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29461.00.
