SEPC Ltd to allot 1,57,66,000 CCDs and 1,57,66,000 NCDs to lenders

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of SEPC Ltd had met today had considered and approved the allotment of 1,57,66,000 Unlisted Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) @ Rs.100/- each aggregating to Rs. 157.66 Crores and 1,57,66,000 Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) @ Rs.100/- each aggregating to Rs. 157.66 Crores to the lenders of the Company as approved by the Shareholders of the Company and also in line with the Resolution Plan approved by the lender of the Company for conversion of Part of their dues.

Shares of SEPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.74. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41368 in over 121 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.92 and intraday low of 8.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 360698.00.
