Neogen Chemicals signs settlement agreement for use of 'Neogen' trademark

Neogen Chemicals Ltd has signed and executed a Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") with Neogen Corporation to amicably settle the ongoing dispute relating to the trademark 'Neogen'.

As a part of settlement, the parties have agreed to co-exist without confusion with respect to the use of their respective "Neogen" marks, and subject to the terms of the Agreement.

Shares of Neogen Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1304.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1299.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 333 in over 170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1315.00 and intraday low of 1286.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 434319.00.
