Sakuma Exports Ltd to raise up to Rs. 300 crores through rights issue

The Board of Directors of Sakuma Exports Ltd at the Board Meeting of held on 21st June, 2022 have approved and taken on record the proposal to discuss and if thought fit to raise further capital by way of Rights Issue not exceeding Rs.300 Crores.

Shares of Sakuma Exports Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 356399 in over 1785 trades.
