SKP Securities Ltd allots 34,04,400 bonus equity shares

The authorized Committee of Board of Directors of SKP Securities Ltd, at their meeting held today have approved allotment of 34,04,400 equity shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of One (1) equity share of Rs 10/- each for every One (1) existing equity share of Rs 10/- each, to the Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members as on 17th June 2022, i.e., the record date fixed for this purpose.

Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 3,40,44,000/- comprising 34,04,400 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 6,80,88,000/- comprising 68,08,800 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

The Bonus equity shares as allotted above, shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid up equity shares of the Company.

Shares of SKP SECURITIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 53.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 56.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 328 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 57.90 and intraday low of 53.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18235.00.
