Capacite Infraprojects Ltd allots 31 lakh warrants

Pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the Members of Capacite Infraprojects Ltd at its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 26th May, 2022 and in accordance with the in-principle approval granted by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, the allotment committee of the Board of Directors of the company, at its meetings held today i.e. June 09, 2022 approved allotment of 31,00,000 Warrants convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company at an issue price of Rs.160 per warrant (including premium of Rs 150/- per warrant) on preferential basis to the following Promoter & Promoter Group upon receipt of 25% of issue price from the Allottees.
