Kamdhenu Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Kamdhenu Limited in their meeting held on May 30, 2022, has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.1 (Rupees One) per equity share of face value Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each, subject to the approval of shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022.

Shares of Kamdhenu Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 200.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 205.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 752 in over 79 trades.
