The board of directors of Ashapura Minechem Ltd has recommended Final Dividend for the year 2021-2022 @ 25 % i.e. Re. 0.50 (Fifty Paise Only) per equity share face value of Rs. 2.00 each subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
