Indo Count Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Indo Count Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 29, 2022 recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each i.e., 100% for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM.
