Sharda Motor Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 8.15

The Board of Sharda Motor Industries Ltd has recommended a final Dividend of 15% of Profit after Tax i.e. Rs. 8.15/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each; for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
