1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter ended on September 30, 2006 (Q2).

2. Declaration and payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07.

3. Fix record date for the purpose of payment of Interim dividend, if declared.
