Aarti Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Aarti Industries Ltd has approved the recommendation of the Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (30%) per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
