Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd at their meeting held today has, recommended final dividend of 100% i.e. Re 1/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each, for the Financial year ended March 31, 2022 and the said Dividend, if approved and declared by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM. The date of AGM and record date for the purpose of AGM and Dividend will be announced in due course.
