TPL Plastech Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of TPL Plastech Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each (20%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
