SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of SWELECT Energy Systems Limited have recommended a Final dividend of Rs.3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share (Face value of Rs.10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid/ credited to the shareholders on August 8, 2022.
