Insecticides India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Insecticides (India) Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, has recommended dividend or 30% i.e Rs. 3.00/- per equity shares of face value or Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
