Gabriel India Ltd recommends final dividend for FY22

The board of directors of Gabriel India Ltd have recommended the Final dividend for FY 2021-22 of Re.1.00 per equity share, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The payment of final dividend for FY 2021- 22 shall be paid or the dividend warrant shall be dispatched to the shareholders on or before September 03, 2022.
