JK Cement Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of JK Cement Ltd has recommended Dividend at the rate of Rs.15 per equity share (i.e. 150%) of Rs. 10 each (fully paid up) for the Financial Year 2021-22 for the approval by the Shareholders at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
