Shree Cement Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 45

The Board of directors of Shree Cement Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 45/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of SHREE CEMENT LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 22010.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22212.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2519 in over 1146 trades.
