Ador Fontech Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Ador Fontech Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share (being two hundred percent) of the nominal value of rupees two per equity share which includes / is inclusive of a special additional dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share (fifty percent) to commemorate achievement of over rupees two hundred crores in revenue during the financial year 2021-22.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, on and from August 01, 2022.
