The Board of Directors of Metal Coatings India Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. 19th May, 2022, have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Khurana (DIN: 06435657) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company with effect from 19th May, 2022, to hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. In view of appointment of Mr. Sachin Khurana, as an Additional Independent Director of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the reconstitution of the Committees of the Board with immediate effect.
