Modi Naturals Ltd allots 6,50,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Modi Naturals Ltd at its meeting held today, May 18, 2022, issued and allotted 6,50,000 (Six lakhs fifty thousand) Warrants, carrying an entitlement for the allottees to subscribe to an equal number of fully paid up equity shares at the exercise price of INR 207 (including a premium of INR 197) ("Issue Price") on preferential basis to promoter and promoter group pursuant to the approval of shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 4 May, 2022 and in-principle listing approval accorded by the BSE vide its letter dated 6 May, 2022.

Shares of Modi Naturals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 225.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 222.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6881 in over 114 trades.
