The Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd in its meeting held today, May 17, 2022, has considered and recommended a dividend of Re.1.20 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
