Bajaj Healthcare Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd have recommended a final dividend of 30% i.e. Rs.1.50/- per equity shares on face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
