Nucleus Software Exports Ltd declares final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd at its meeting held today has declared a Final dividend of Rs.7.00/- per Equity Share (i.e. 70% of face value of Rs. 10 each) of the Company for FY-21-22 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Nucleus Software Exports Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 394.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 386.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1608 in over 121 trades.
