Zydus Wellness Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Zydus Wellness Ltd at their meeting held today have recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5.00/- (@ 50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 29, 2022.

The Record Date has been fixed as Friday, July 15, 2022 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend for the financial year 2021-22, recommended by the Board of Directors subject to the approval of the same by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Company shall make the payment of dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, on or after August 4, 2022 subject to the approval of the same by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 29, 2022.

Shares of Zydus Wellness Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1601.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1587.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1858 in over 736 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1628.00 and intraday low of 1576.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2984653.00.
