MCX board recommends final dividend of Rs. 17.40

The Board of Directors of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited at their meeting held on Monday, the 16th day of May 2022 recommended a final dividend of ₹ 17.40/- per equity share (face value of Rs.10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to deduction of tax at source and the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The date of Annual General Meeting, the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend and the date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be announced subsequently.

Shares of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1177.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1151.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21731 in over 2169 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1191.00 and intraday low of 1142.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25362979.00.
