Hitech Corporation Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Hitech Corporation Limited at their meeting held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 1.00 (Rupee One only) per equity share (10%) of the face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each for the financial year ended 3rt March, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
